Accessing this website
When you access this website, the web server automatically stores the following data in a log file: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, volume of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer) as well as browser and operating system (user agent).
The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website, in particular the defence against and investigation of attacks and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in these purposes. The log files are automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest.
For the automatic language selection, a setting is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage; it is deleted when the browser is closed, is not a cookie and is not transmitted to third parties.
This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking tools and does not load any third-party content (no external fonts, scripts or embeds).
Hosting
The website runs on a self-operated server (software: Cloudron) in the data centre of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe. netcup processes the data as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR; a corresponding contract exists. The processing takes place in Germany.
Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact me by e-mail or phone, I process your details (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering enquiries); insofar as the enquiry is aimed at a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies. E-mails are processed by my own mail server; telephony is provided by sipgate GmbH, Gladbacher Straße 74, 40219 Düsseldorf, as a processor.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Insofar as the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
